To use DropFunnels, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• All new accounts come with a 60-day free trial to explore DropFunnels risk-free.
• After the trial period, your chosen subscription plan will begin automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Refunds: Due to the 60-day free trial, all payments after your trial are final and non-refundable.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Using DropFunnels in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

If unauthorized use of your account occurs, notify us immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DropFunnels to:

• Upload, post, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the platform's functionality.
• Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

• All software, code, and content provided by DropFunnels are owned by or licensed to us.
• You retain ownership of the content you create and upload using DropFunnels but grant us a license to host and display it as necessary to provide the Services.

6. Payment & Billing

• Subscription fees are billed automatically at the interval selected (monthly or annually).
• You authorize DropFunnels (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if:
• You violate these Terms.
• You fail to pay fees owed.
• We discontinue the Services (in which case, you will be notified in advance).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DropFunnels is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropFunnels and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to DropFunnels in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
